Touring and Buyers Agreement
Recently, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) has been involved in legal proceedings related to its rules and policies governing real estate transactions specifically those involving compensation structures and practices. In an effort to resolve these issues,
NAR has proposed a settlement that includes changes to its rules and policies.
MLS Participants working with buyers MUST enter into written agreements with their buyers before touring a home. This change went into effect August 17, 2024.

- VALID 48 hours only
- Used for house showings
- The first 5 signed Agreements Free, than $75 Per Day.
